What does it cost?

Do you clean at short notice?
Our large teams of cleaners can arrive at short notice. We will arrange for the cleaners to reach your property at the required time.

Do I have to be home when they arrive?
It's completely up to you! We recommend being around to guide the cleaners through the property. Alternatively, our cleaners can pick up the property keys from a secure keysafe on your property. Any queries, they can contact you via phone. We do require yourself or someone you nominate to be available at the end, to check the property and confirm satisfaction with the work.

Do you clean just one room?
Yes! We can do just single room cleaning as well. Rates vary accordingly.

What if I’m not happy with your service?
At the end of the clean, you inspect the work and sign off that you are satisfied. If there are any particular issues on the day, the cleaner will ensure they are rectified and you are happy before they leave the property.

If we use your service, how safe are we from Covid-19?
We provide COVID -19 disinfection. We disinfect all high touch areas throughout the premises, following the Government Department of Health recommendation. On a regular basis, all cleaning teams go through a health check to ensure they do not have cold or flu-like symptoms before every clean. We also take extra hygiene precautions for every clean. We also ensure to use high qualify cleaning equipment and supplies, including hospital grade disinfectants.

Can I book a daily clean?
You certainly can. We can schedule regular cleaning and end-of-lease cleaning as well.

What do I need to do before an end-of-lease clean?
Simply ensure that the property is empty.
